      4. User – a natural person using the Website who is at least 16 years old, also referred to as “you”, “your”.

    4. When processing your personal data, we aim to protect it to the highest possible level because we know how important it is to you. For this reason, the Controller uses appropriate and latest technical and organizational measures.

The Controller informs you that he has implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data, in particular including safeguards against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized publication, unauthorized access and other unlawful and unauthorized forms of processing, in accordance with applicable law.

      If you send us an e-mail or contact us by phone, we process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR in order to establish a relationship or answer your questions before entering into a contract, and where a contract has already been entered into, in order to perform it. The second basis for our processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. your data is processed in order to bring about the conclusion of a contract or the performance of a concluded contract with your employer or an entity with which you cooperate on another legal basis, as well as we process your data in order to establish or purse possible claims or to defend against such claims, as this is necessary to protect the rights of the Controller.
    2. Application form for entrepreneurs
      If you fill in a business application form, we process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR in order to take action at your request before entering into a contract and, where a contract has already been entered into, in order to perform the contract. In this case, the second legal basis for the processing of your data is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. for the purpose of establishing or pursuing possible claims or defending against such claims, as this is necessary in order to protect the rights of the Controller.
    3. Sending a message via the contact form
      If you send us a message via the contact form, we process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in order to respond to the message you send us and on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in order to establish, pursue or defend against possible claims, as this is necessary to protect the rights of the Controller.
    4. Use of cookies
      In the case of the use of cookies, the legal basis for the processing of your data is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. our legitimate interest in the form of keeping statistics on the Website. It may also happen that in the course of our cooperation it will be necessary to provide your other personal data, e.g. date of birth, NIP number, PESEL number, fax number, bank account number. However, each time it will depend on you whether you make such data available to us.
    2. Application form for entrepreneurs
      If you complete the entrepreneur application form and then send it to us, we process the following data: your name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, the name of the entity with which you are associated, job title, the names and surnames of your associates and/or joint venture founders, the work experience of you and your associates and/or joint venture founders, your educational background, investor data any other personal data provided by you on a voluntary basis.
    3. Sending a message via the contact form
      When you send us a message via the contact form on the Website, we process your personal data in the scope of your: name, e-mail address, optionally also your surname, the name of the company you are associated with or your job title, phone number, if any of these data are provided voluntarily. Providing the above data is voluntary, but necessary in order to send the message.
    4. Use of cookies
      The only information we collect using cookies that does not identify you is the IP address from which you connect. Cookies may contain information about you, your preferences or the device you are using. The information collected does not, however, usually allow you to be directly identified but may enable you to use the Website in a manner tailored to your personal preferences.

      We will process your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship between us and after this period until the statute of limitations for any claims.
    2. Application form for entrepreneurs
      If a contract is concluded, we process your personal data for the duration of the contract between us. In other cases, we process your personal data until you object to the processing of your personal data or until the statute of limitations for possible claims.

      We will process your personal data until you object to the processing of your personal data or until the statute of limitations for any claims.

    3. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
    4. The foregoing does not affect your rights under statute or other generally applicable law.
  9. Types of cookies used
    1.
